Pros

Very friendly members of staff who will help you get settled in. Really interesting work. Bonus and medical cover are average (if you do not work on factory floor).

Cons

Some Senior management who treat you in discriminate manner. Define uncrackable glass ceiling if you are British and even more so if you are female. Pay will not increase regardless of contract. Job role will be changed. Working from home at 2am in the morning as well as long hours every day. Gradings mean even if you have worked hard all year you can go on the at risk of being fired list. If you work here join the union.

Pros

Lots of hands-on experience, great mentorship program. Lots of opportunities for interns, outreach, and career growth.

Cons

Not many, tasks delegated by higher-ups can be disconnected from team's goals.

Pros

Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

Cons

Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
