Pros

Good pay. Most groups are very accommodating and friendly. There is no issue with taking time off when needed. Flexible work schedule for doctors appointments, picking up kids, etc.

Cons

Poor benefits. They are self insured with Anthem administrating benefits. The benefits have been cost reduced beyond what is necessary. High deductable healthcare plans that have unnaturally high deductibles and max out of pocket. $2,850 deductable, ~7-8k max out of pocket for a single person, double these values for a family. High deductable plans can start at $1,100 deductable and still qualify for an HSA account, however Cummins nearly doubles this deductable.

Pros

Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

Cons

Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
