Pros

Starting out was great but then the honeymoon phase didn’t last long.

Cons

This was the worst 4 months of my entire life! The main CSR speaks down to you, gives attitude, and treats you like a child, very disrespectful, she speaks ill of past and present coworkers, acts like a child while throwing stress balls across the room to hit the sales rep and techs, all while working endlessly to get another employee fired from his job and has spoken very inappropriately about him almost daily, and she also likes to tattle and talk down on you via email between her and the office manager. Total disregard of the issues I presented to the office manager on multiple occasions over the 4 months I was there.The person before me quit after 2 weeks of being here! Favoritism is definitely played in this office but if you like working in a toxic, stressful, abusive workplace environment then by all means go ahead and apply! Best of wishes to you.

Cons

Relies too heavily on AI Shrinks Territory if sales do not increase beyond averages As territory shrinks, sales increase becomes increasingly difficult Sales are averaged against resident National Sales champion Phone calls to customers are listened to & refined by generic AI
