Good place to work for managers and directors where they enjoy absolute authority on every aspect of business and operations. Long term employees (who completed atleast 10+ years with same company) enjoy working in Culligan because of the perks, benefits and favourable environment. Many such employees are continuing in the false belief that there's no other life or better opportunities available outside Culligan.
Cons
Terrible workplace for aspiring and young employees who look forward to a rewarding career. Absolutely no appreciation for the talent or skillset. Every manager is completely selfish and no one have a long term vision neither about the growth of organization nor about their sub ordinates. More than 90% of the employees are extremely unhappy and just waiting for an opportunity to get out. Despite knowing this fact, management is not willing to do anything differently to value employees. Slew of continuous resignations speaks volume about the happiness level in the organization.
