      Pros

      Company has very good projects and big Clients. Job Stability. My scope of work in terms of technological or business was good.

      Cons

      Well most of the cons are from Management perspective. Higher Management does not enough backbone to say no to Client. It falls on the developer's shoulder. Odd job hours. Poor Transport Policy and transport management. No new technology. Very less onshore opportunities. And huge workload

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
