Pros
Pay is descent, benefits average. I have worked for the company for just over a year. Most of the people I have worked with in a remote setting have been good to interact with at the company.
Cons
On boarding process for remote workers not a good experience for someone new to being a remote worker. Clear understanding of expectations and just general information is poor. No structure for an employee to the company. Trying to get IT assistance is very difficult and slow in response.
