      1. Great staff. 2. Excellent training. 3. Competitive work environment. 4. Full time 40 hour work weeks. 5. Attendance, professionalism and good work ethic will get you noticed. 6. Amazing fully stocked break room.

      Cons

      1. No benefits or holiday overtime pay until you have been with the company for 6 months. 2. Very little say in the shift you get. 3. Work hours aren't flexible. 4. No part time.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
