      Pros

      * The pay was decent for the job * They offered medical and dental benefits *Training was great, they invested in the material and making sure you knew the job.

      Cons

      *The office was dirty, they were in the middle of cleaning and remodeling the place but I didn't like coming to work to seat at a dirty desk and chair. They should of clean up the place before hiring more people * Not enough floor support

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
