I joined here as I heard that xerox is a Product base company. But after joining here I realized that I did a big mistske. I am part of transport solution group & here Codunet is using old, backdated technology like ProC or Crystal Reports. Upper Technical management are mainly experienced in C/C++.and they are reluctant to apply new technology. Siebel Tool is used as a front end, but they did not utilize the tool properly. As a siebel person there is no learning for me. There is no cultural activity arranged by HR, also I never see them on floor. Cafeteria is not at all good & somehow we manage. Recently there was a huge lay off of 10+ exp, but no criteria was mentioned by management. No hike this year. There is no onsite opportunity. summary : Join only if you dont have any other offer. For 6+ exp, I would suggest DO NOT JOIN.
