Pros
They used to have several amazing managers, but fired them all.
Cons
No or horrible training. Managers are promoted based on who they know, not their qualifications and typically do not have any people skills. All technology people working in the US were let go (laid off) so they could hire three times the people from the Phillipines who can't speak English and know nothing about US health benefits. You will never get a raise. It is expected there is no work-life balance.
