      They took over from Kier which left them a good company to run. And they ran it into the ground

      Cons

      This company took over from Kier and on day 1 they payed everyone wrong. Tried to not honour the contracts during the tupe period found everyday they could take money away from the ops. Payroll team didn’t have a clue every week wages were incorrect. Management stayed the same but they didn’t have a clue either incoming colas managers wernt ready for the scale of the job. A lot of staff defected to Kier
