Pros

Benefits provided by the organization to employees are too good. Some fools ruined the work culture here. Don't just ruin your career.

Cons

A big list of cons. 1. Work culture here is completely ruined by some fools who came from India. 2. Lot of Racism & Regionalism by people who come from India. 3. Some fools work here as managers to ruin the career of young talent. 4. All Indian fools who are fit for nothing work here as Managers. 5. Even thought it has good clients these fools(Managers) are not capable of managing the projects. 6. These fools just for their safety ruin the career of others. 7. With no proper planning Hiring to a project and releasing them can be seen here too often. 8. All those positive reviews are again kept by few managers. Please verify you will get to know. 9. If salary is most important for you than career then you can join this company. "Don't just ruin your career by joining these consulting companies until the high level is cleaned just prefer a client"

Pros

* They train new grads, so you get a lot of valuable training * Depending on the projects, it has the potential to have a good life balance *Hybrid and Remote opportunity Will recommend to get your foot in the door

Cons

* Pay is not very competitive. Needs improvement * Depending on some client projects, the work-life balance can also be very bad * The culture is horrible, the outlook and appearance of the company is so different than what is on the ground—cutthroat culture, pushing culture. * Sometimes it enables a rude and disrespectful culture * Career growth is very minimal * tend to hire lots of indians, and an indian dominated culture/circle can make a non indian feel left out
