      Pros

      Capgemini has a wonderful Work culture. Its management is very open for discussions and suggestions. Escalation level is the most wonderful advantage.

      Cons

      Limited scope for work as compared to other companies. Salary Increment level has taken a backseat since the last 3-4 years.

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k
