CapGemini great place to work but with some bunch of political managers esp from tamil - Consultant Capgemini Employee Review

Most of the managers are under qualified. They concentrate on politics rather than appreciating the good work. With Tamil domination. Please beware Tamil managers they are completely biased. I think PRM doesn't have right vision about the resource. They will keep on recruiting ppl even there are right skilled ppl on bench. They dont care to utilize them but will recruit and think of firing when bench force increases.
