if pipeline is full, there is plenty of opportunity to prove yourself work is challenging and satisfying job is extremely challenging
Cons
if the pipeline is dry, you will be on the bench. Being on the bench for too long means that you will be out of a job. Not the job for you if you do not like to travel...a lot
