Pros
Depending on your makeup, this can be a great place to work, but it isn't for everyone: - Decent pay/bennies - Good folks - Management mostly cares about people (very few do not) - Opportunities to rise definitely available - Work/life balance mostly good (varies by project manager, but overall culture is supportive)
Cons
It isn't all wonderful... - Possible to get pigeon-holed into long-term assignments on understaffed accounts (= long hours for a long time) - High-level initiatives come and go, not much top-down leadership (not always a bad thing) - It is consulting, you just have to take care of yourself. Goes w/ the territory.
