      Pros

      Capgemini says People matter, results count.. One of best company to learn new technologies, to work in good projects. & flexible in working hours compared to other IT services companies in India. Provides very good trainings, for achieving new ladder in IT industry. Hiring for new jobs keeps attracting talent in India. Good pay masters in compensation.

      Cons

      Changing the Business Unit is tougher for projects. Usage of bench people is lower.
