Pros
Real work life balance - most organisations say they do this but it is actually practiced at Capgemini. The people are friendly and the work environment relaxed. This is the first job where I have actually be able to attend my children's school plays at 6PM and not feel like I should be at work.
Cons
Training is not as comprehensive as other similar companies. The company is also going through internal change and the long term direction is not always clear.
