      Pros

      Oppurtunity to work close to clients. Can learn how to handle clients . Facility is Ok. Culture is also ok. Compensation is ok.

      Cons

      Very minimum projects in India. Internal transfer to Bangalore is almost impossible. Staffing partner are very immature. Not bothered about the career aspiration. They want bill ability at any cost. They make unethical decisions.
