      Looks great on a resume Benefits package is amazing - especially 401K Focus is on entertainment and family atmosphere - sales will come in with little to no effort

      Cons

      Base salary is very low comparatively Someone has to quit or die to move ahead Understanding of new media isnt there

      Great for resume. Global audience.

      Cons

      CNN never promotes. It's not what it was. This management is all about profit and that hurts quality. No work life balance. Lots of racism.
