      Pros

      Extremely flexible working around your schedule The job is what you put into it. You can advance within the store as long as you work hard

      Cons

      Sometimes they don't hire the most driven people (some younger employees), but it's understandable. The pay isn't great, but hey it's Burger King

      Pros

      Flexibility, hours of operation, type of work to perform, relaxed environment and standards easier to meet than other fast food establishments.

      Cons

      Staffing was always difficult due to low allowed pay range, performing a lot of maintenance work yourself instead of hiring companies or your own maintenance worker and being cheap with equipment.
