The corporate employment model has become the same model used in the restaurants (underpay, over-work, non specialized skills, create monotonous & meaningless tasks, etc) . The Management Trainee program is where the majority of new hires comes from. Y'all just beware and always keep your resume up-to-date. They will treat you mildly better than everyone else, but the program works much like a cult where they use group pressures and brainwashing to simultaneously make you believe you are there to be major contributors to the company while at the same time The threat of firing will always loom and you will be pitted against each other. If you are looking for an edgy collaborative environment , this is not it. Absolutely everything is about the bottom line. Office supplies are no longer provided, everyone must bring from home.
