Pros
Pay is great thanks to the stock. Tech stack (which was already cutting edge) is getting even better. Lots of very smart people.
Cons
Brutal layoff culture every other quarter. Leading to unnecessary toxicity. If you're tough enough to withstand this you'll do great. Post acquisition, promotions are near-impossible.
