Pros
Broadcom has great benefits!!! The colleagues here are more like family and allow people to collaborate across functions. New ideas are definitely encouraged.
Cons
Broadcom is still transitioning from a small company to a big company which means it is still searching for the right balance between structure and flexibility. It is headed in the right direction, though.
