Inflated employee titles. Easy and superficial promotion process. Seemingly successful business and operation in hot product areas. Low barrier in getting hired.
Cons
Years have passed by since the time I decided to leave this employer. I told myself those 4 years when I worked with Broadcom were the darkest years in my career. Now looking back, What I told myself turned even more true.
