      Relaxed culture,Compensation(they claim what they give !!),Stock options(stock performing really well),Good appraisals,Transparency,Cutting edge technology,work life balance,expanding,good portfolio of chips.

      Cons

      Sometimes repetitive work but this depends on the mid level management,Highly demanding place so some people may find it difficult to cope up.

      Soulless corporate structure and demands. Broadcom acquired the company I worked for and drastically increased prices immediately, alienating well over 50% of our customers.
