      Pros

      So far, I have really enjoyed my time working at Boomi! Some pros I wanted to highlight. >Fantastic new office right in the middle of Downtown Vancouver, really enjoyable place to work. > Excellent work/life balance > Lunches paid for on Wednesdays > Great team members and strong company culture. Everyone at Boomi is really nice. > Strong product market fit with constant development in AI which gives Boomi a competitive edge.

      Amazing Leadership from CEO. Industry leading technology and perspective to drive AI adoption through Data Activation. Platform that works. Thoughtful and strategic implementation of Gen AI to drive sales productivity.

      Pros

      The primary solution is strong with a loyal client base. Comp packages are generous and achievable in the right territory.

      Cons

      Sales leadership is really weak. Many larger deals are compliance related and the net new Enterprise clients are few. So growth is not what they claim it to be. Boomi has made a big investment in AI and within the platform there is a strong solution to aid in development, but enterprise wide adoption of AI is going to the big players like Microsoft, Google, AWS. There are very few promotions from within, the tendency is to hire people from outside versus developing .
