      Pros

      Boomi's culture is top notch. People support each other, are open to idea sharing and collaboration, and all you to bring your whole self to work. I'm so grateful to have found this company, this team, and this amazing place to work! The company and the market are growing rapidly, which allows for people to bring passion into what they do, find what they love, and win together.

      Cons

      Rapid growth creates risk for any organization and Boomi is trying to hire in a very difficult labor market. New hiring managers need training and support to make the transition.

      Pros

      The primary solution is strong with a loyal client base. Comp packages are generous and achievable in the right territory.

      Cons

      Sales leadership is really weak. Many larger deals are compliance related and the net new Enterprise clients are few. So growth is not what they claim it to be. Boomi has made a big investment in AI and within the platform there is a strong solution to aid in development, but enterprise wide adoption of AI is going to the big players like Microsoft, Google, AWS. There are very few promotions from within, the tendency is to hire people from outside versus developing .
