Young and international colleagues, nice working environment, if you are in Sales you stay at 5 star hotels and get to keep hotel points and airmiles
Cons
Annual reviews are frustrating since managers are told to downgrade people even if they are performing well, more experienced employees are not respected and tend to get replaced by very young and cheaper workforce
