      - Very great culture - Friendly people - Flat structure making it easy to network - Volunteering opportunities - Horizontal growth possible

      Cons

      - 1 day WFH - If you don't want to go to sales in the mid/long term, don't join the company at all (not a con, really)

      good working envionroment and not much hierchy structure. sometimes pay for team event.

      Cons

      start at 8am. no breakfast and dinner besides snack.
