      Wide view of the industry. Most people who work here are nice

      Cons

      Political. Style over substance. Employees are extremely metrified and I don't personally believes this incentivizes the best outcomes

      Decent pay and amazing benefits. Great company to start a career with. Opportunities to stay long term if on a good team.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic, very strict company culture and can be stagnant with opportunities to grow.
