Pros
Great benefit package, competitive salary and bonus. Pretty cutting edge in term of technologies used and equipments given. Great people to work with. Friendly work place environment, great location.
Cons
Support structure a bit bureaucratic, it's hard to get things done quickly on the local level. Senior managers tends to micro manage and control every detail. Hard to innovate under very strict environment, rely on process too much and not enough trust given to people.
