      Everything is great no complain you can just say that career opportunities are less as company follows a flat hierarchy system the promotion after associate can be problematic and lot of politics there but there are lot of good people in senior management so that would be a no problem for you if you are good with your work

      Respectable company, working with smart people for the most people.

      Cons

      Huge company, can be hard to navigate, almost impossible to get fired so good workers pick up slack for bad works. They need to trim fat faster and better
