      Great culture, strong leadership, people support each other and care about the customer. Great place to work - highly recommend.

      Lack of investment in product development in key business areas - i believe the business has seen it and is addressing.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
