      Working out of a home office.

      Cons

      Micro-managed, pay is competitive, which means that it's at the bottom of the pay band, and the company is worried about DEI, and LGBTIA issues more than making the customer happy

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
