      Good PTO and benefits in general.

      Cons

      Company is not very flexible with working from home and the office space is very distracting. Additionally, some employees can be sexist towards women and the management has failed to do anything about it.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
