      Upper level management is out of touch, overall company isn’t keeping up with modern technology. So much is still done on paper. Misaligned priorities for meeting goals; frequent layoffs.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
