      Pay is decent, company name is largely good and campus facilities are good.

      Cons

      Workplace is toxic, some managers will work to drive their team members into the ground and undermine their ability to find work internally.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
