      Regular salary, good facilities, some people are good

      Cons

      The work culture is not good. The systems do not help you complete your work, and the processes are not the best. Additionally, management is not well-prepared to handle resources. It is a stressful work environment, often becoming toxic and overly competitive. Professional growth is limited due to the very few positions available.”

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
