      Pros

      The company has a good culture and offers adequate work life balance, the coworkers are friendly and helpful, the perks offered are comparable (and sometimes better) than the industry standard.

      Cons

      The work might get a bit monotonous. Being a century old company, BD is stuck in its traditionalist ways in some areas.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
