      Pros

      Rotational Program Exposure to many areas of the business 5K relocation payout every year

      Cons

      Limited opportunities to program participants compared other rotational programs such as J&J Gold Program Many participants leave before the 3 years are completed Annual meeting is repetitive and bring little to no value to members or program participants.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
