      Some excellent managers and some not so much so.

      Cons

      Post BD acquisition, communications too streamlined. The boots on the ground are struggling to figure out what is going on.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
