      Job security and value based approach are BD hallmarks. Its a heaven for women employees. Pay exceedingly well for top management.

      Cons

      Top heavy organization. Its a slow paced organization where each job takes a long time to complete. Decision making is slow and timid.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
