      big compny I guess so.

      Cons

      No room to advance. If your a favorite you can move up, with no problem. If your not than you will be stuck in a hole. HR isnt consistant at all.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
