      Pros

      Good pay, great products, leadership has been very transparent with regards to acquisition by BD, exciting time to be with the company

      Cons

      Middle management full of people who appear to have been promoted due to tenure or project success, as opposed to actual leadership abilities. Loyal to a fault - have seen many employees who should have been fired long ago, but continue to get away with doing poor work, behaving unprofessionally, etc. - creates a demoralizing environment for incoming new employees.

      Suiting up because of PPE requirements take time away from breaks.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
