      Pros

      Great people to work with, very good car policy, successful in the market for more than hundred years.

      Cons

      Extrem slow decision-making -process, wasting time and money to find inhouse solutions for nearly everything, lost the power of innovation, extremely self-refered company up to siege mentality, management runs into danger to lost the contact to both market and employees.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
