      Great company and very innovative. Culture is great and pay well.

      Too much of a good old boys network. Managers do not receive stock options.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
