      Pros

      Pay was decent but hours were terrible.

      Cons

      rotating 12 hr shifts were rediculously long, unsupported, and everyone was under extreme pressure to perform and make number due to COVID while being unsupported by technical help. Machines went down and the "rapid reponse team" was unavailable.

      Good hours. Paid lunch, clean work environment.

      Suiting up because of PPE requirements take time away from breaks.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
