      Work life balanced, Salary on time, No work pressure, If you are finding a corner to just time, this is for you

      Bond agreements which is illegal Office politics at its high, HR is a live statue of false promises or statements Open door policy with closed ears , conveyed message to upper level is waiste of time No job security, company fire by name of bad performance when they want but yes you will get noticed period time to find job. Zero learning and career growth All power in manager hand if you you lick his feet you will get good appraisal

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
