      In theory lots of opportunity because of a broad portfolio, following recent take-overs of Bard & previously carefusion

      Cons

      Disorganized. Antiquated 'command & control' management pretending to be modern & current. Layers of bureaucracy & more added. Lots of 'lip service'

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
